Hi, I’m Cherish, a strength training coach and proud U.S. Air Force veteran, and I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals. I’m all about empowering women through fitness in an approachable, fun, and transformative way. My journey was life-changing - I lost over 20 pounds and gained over 50 pounds of muscle, and now I’m committed to helping others feel strong and confident, too. I know how intimidating lifting can feel initially; trust me, I was awkward and messy when I started! But if I can do it, you can too.
With my expertise in CrossFit, Powerlifting, and Strength Training, I make fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone, whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned athlete. My personalized approach combines muscle-building workouts with practical nutrition guidance, helping you ton up, build strength, and gain confidence without ever feeling overwhelmed. What can you still do: Jump rope (double under)

Anything else that’s a fun fact: I lived in South Korea for a year while I was stationed in the Air Force and got my Black Belt in Hapkido (best adventure ever)
