Hi, I'm Hope! I'm your dedicated fitness instructor and personal trainer, committed to helping women find their inner strength and overcome self-imposed barriers. I passionately believe in the transformative power of fitness for mental health, emphasizing the importance of mental resilience.
I specialize in and am certified in multiple forms of yoga and strength-flow weight training. I combine my expertise in weightlifting—practiced six times per week—with flowing body movements and lengthening posture poses. My approach ensures that you will stay in tune with your body.
I offer unique nutritional coaching with a passion for non-dieting approaches. She encourages women to nourish their bodies, helping them scientifically achieve their goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or maintaining muscle while leaning out fat.

My favorite saying is: Keep your squats low and standards high
On my Bucket List: To take my son to my old home in Uganda and explore some countries in Africa together (among many other regions)

If I were not a Personal Trainer, I would be: someone who works with kids
Favorite Party Trick(s): I am the best parallel parker of all time, any vehicle, any day
Favorite healthy dish to cook: I’m known as the “Salad Queen”! I love any veggie and fruit
What annoys you most: Whining and complaining
What can you still do: The splits
If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life: I'd say the split leg Bulgarian cause it’s so challenging and makes a huge impact
Share something interesting: I am very introspective, always aiming to be extremely self-aware and so interested in emotional intelligence. I’m either in this train of thought or being a complete goofball, having fun and laughing
